CRAN 3833 of 2019 is an application for waiver of some of the conditions of the order granting anticipatory bail passed in CRM 3927 of 2018.
Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner in CRAN 3833 of 2019 submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. There is a civil suit pending before the Civil Court. Through the mechanism of the present police case, the petitioner is sought to be denied right, title and interest in respect of the immovable property which the petitioner legitimately owns.
The police filed charge sheet.
In such circumstances, we deem it appropriate to waive the condition of the order granting anticipatory bail dated June 20, 2018 requiring the petitioner not to enter the jurisdiction of Khardah Police Station presently Rahara Police Station. All other conditions of the order dated June 20, 2018 will remain the same.
CRAN 3833 of 2019 in CRM 3927 of 2018 is disposed of accordingly.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner in C.R.M. 4074 of 2019 submits that the private opposite party is guilty of post bail misconduct. He refers to various documents including a police complaint.
There is a report filed in Court on behalf of the State which be taken on record.
The report states that the police received the complaint from the
petitioner of C.R.M. 4074 of 2019 which was enquired into. The report states that the private opposite party in C.R.M. 4074 of 2019 is not guilty of any post bail misconduct. In such circumstances, we find no merit in C.R.M. 4074 of 2019 and the same is dismissed.
