Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of 15.05.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.227 Rakib the representation which was furnished on 16.04.2025, no steps have been taken by the Officer-in-Charge, Uttar Kashipur Police Station.

Mr. Sengupta, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State submits that he has instruction that the said information dated 16.04.2025 was not received by the concerned police authorities.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation dated 16.04.2025 with the Officer-inCharge, Uttar Kashipur Police Station, the concerned police station would assess whether any cognizable offence is made out and thereafter take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 10016 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
