It has been submitted by the University/ applicant that the Vice-Chancellor of the University has been appointed on July 27, 2023 and it would take some time to reconstitute the selection committee. There has been already a considerable delay in complying the aforesaid order dated July 13, 2023.

However, having regard to the averments made in the application, a further time of two months is granted to the University to comply with the order. Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
