Mr. Benazir Ahmed is requested to appear on behalf of the State respondents. His services be regularized by the office of the Legal Remembrancer. The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non consideration of a representation dated 12th April, 2023 addressed to the respondent no. 4. S.D.

Briefly, the petitioner alleges illegal and unauthorized construction by the private respondents in front of the premises of the

petitioner.

On behalf of the private respondents, it is submitted that the grievance of the petitioner is ill founded and motivated. There are rival suits pending between the parties, which have been suppressed in this writ petition. There is also a question of the petitioner trying to grab the private premises of the respondents.

In view of the above, WPA 10026 of 2023 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4 to consider the above representation within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and the respondent no. 4 is directed to give notice to all the affected parties before passing of the order. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J. )
