And In Re : Nabab Ali ...... petitioner Mr. Niladri Sekhar Ghosh Mr. Sourav Mondal ....for the petitioner Mr. S. G. Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor Mr. Aniket Mitra ....for the State The husband is the petitioner before us.

It is claimed on behalf of the petitioner that the victim committed suicide and an exculpatory suicide note was left by her. Police did not seize it. Information with regard to suicide note was tendered to the Investigating Officer on April 10, 2023 by the advocate of the petitioner.

The date of death of the victim is January 30, 2023. The so-called suicide note was sought to be tendered in the month of April, 2023.

The suicide note does not contain any signature of any person.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1795 of 2023 is dismissed.
