By an order dated December 7, 2021, the Hon'ble Division Bench had restored the contempt application and had directed the petitioner to serve a copy of the contempt petition upon the alleged contemnors. Affidavit of service filed in Court today indicates that the service has taken place. Inspite of such service none appears on behalf of the alleged contemnors. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to once again serve the contempt application upon the alleged contemnors intimating that the matter would be taken up on April 28, 2022. Affidavit of service to be filed on the returnable date.

In absence of the respondents-contemnors on the adjourned date, necessary order should be passed. (Shekhar B. Saraf, J.)
