No. 35 Sdas C.R.R. 1467 of 2018 (via video conference) In the matter of : Dr. Suvankar Ghosh ....petitioner In the last but second line of the first page of the order dated 11.02.2021 it has been wrongly typed as "CRR 2417 of 2019" instead and place of "CRAN 2417 of 2019". Let it be corrected accordingly.

Since CRAN 2417 of 2019 being an application for joint compromise was disposed of on 11.02.2021, the connected criminal revisional application being CRR No.1467 of 2018 was accordingly disposed of.

Other portions of the order dated 11.02.2021 shall remain same.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 11.02.2021.

Corrected certified copy of this order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
