On 20th April, 2012 when the instant writ petition was taken up for hearing on the prayer of the learned Advocate for the petitioner leave was granted to the petitioner to file supplementary affidavit stating the date of impugned order annexing a copy of the same. However, it appears from the order dated 10th May, 2012 that no such supplementary affidavit has been filed by the learned Advocate for the petitioner as yet. The conduct of the petitioner reasonably suggests that he is not willing to proceed with the instant writ petition and accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
