He relies upon various annexures to the petition. It appears that the petitioner has Voter Identity Card, Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card, Aadhaar Card issued by the competent authorities. A copy of a registered deed evidencing the purchase of landed property by the petitioner at Habra, North 24-Parganas has also been annexed.

Additionally, the originals of the aforesaid documents have also been shown to the Court.

Mr. Suman De, learned advocate for the State, opposes the prayer.

Having regard to the said documents, I am of the opinion that the petitioner, prima facie, has satisfied this Court with the

genuineness of the documents. I allow the application for bail with the direction that the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Basirhat, 24-Parganas (North).

The State will be at liberty to file appropriate application if on verification, it is found that the documents relied upon by the petitioner are not genuine.

The application being CRM 4283 of 2021 is allowed. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
