Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Ratna Ghosh, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The subject matter of the present revisional application relates to Bidhannagar (East) Police Station Case No.20 of 2017 under Sections 468/471 of the Indian Penal Code. Records of the case reflects that on 02.11.2017 charge was framed against the accused persons and date was fixed for evidence.

Petitioner has approached this Court for setting aside the FIR dated 14th February, 2017. As the investigation has been concluded, charge-sheet has been submitted and charge has been framed, further evidence has commenced, I am of the opinion that plea taken by the petitioner is at belated stage which cannot be entertained at this stage by this Court.

Accordingly, CRR 1522 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
