Mukherjee, learned Senior Advocate submits that his clients have studied communication dated 15th July, 2021 issued under Section 108 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

He further submits on instructions that his clients do not wish to press the writ application at this stage.

The instant writ petition shall stand dismissed as not pressed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.

Dismissal of the instant writ application shall not be a bar to approach this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in the event occasion arises.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
