Petitioners approached this Court as the representation made by the petitioners to the Officerin-Charge, A.J.C. Bose Botanical Garden P.S., Howrah City Police was not considered in spite of the fact that certain cognizable offences have been made out.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that AJC Bose B. Garden P.S. Case No.101 of 2025 dated 07.05.2025 has already been registered for investigation on the basis of the information so furnished against the private respondents.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that they have been falsely implicated in the criminal case.

Having considered that the police authorities have already taken steps, in case there are other inconveniences faced by the petitioners, petitioners will approach with representation to the investigating officer of the case who will adhere to the provisions of law and deal with the same.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 10212 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
