Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that representation made to the police authorities on 11.03.2025 was not acted upon.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the information which was received from Sakti Bisui, the petitioner herein, after verification the same was converted into a regular case being Kotwali P.S. Case No. 263/2025 dated 19.05.2025. Prima facie, the purpose for which the petitioner has approached this Court has been subserved. Police authorities will investigate the case and take the investigation to its logical conclusion. If there are other issues involved, police authorities will keep surveillance and ensure that there is no crisis of law and order because of the

dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 10022 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
