Report submitted by CBI dated 20th May, 2024 discloses that the trial has already been commenced and next date was fixed for evidence of CSW-3 on 26.06.2024.

This application was preferred against the refusal order in connection with petitioner's prayer for discharge. I have reason to believe that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the present application. CRR 1236 of 2017 stands dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, also stands vacated.
