Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there has been complete change of circumstances since the revisional application was preferred before this Court and the petitioners intend to bring on records certain documents by filing a fresh revisional application.

In view of the prayer so advanced by the learned advocate for the petitioners, the present revisional application being CRR 1488 of 2018 is dismissed without going into the merits of the instant case.

Petitioners are granted liberty to prefer fresh revisional application enclosing the subsequent changes which have taken place pursuant to the criminal case being filed. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
