Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim lady who implicates the petitioner as the person who set her on fire.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating material and the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
