1. The petitioner has filed the present application with two folds prayers. First the name of the petitioner from the voter list has been deleted and the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal on 4th April, 2026 and the appeal is pending and no decision has been taken by the Appellate Tribunal. The second issue raised by the petitioner is that the petitioner has made an application before the concerned authority for issuance of a domicile certificate and the same is also pending before the concerned authority.

2. Ms. Pandey, learned Advocate appearing for the Election Commission of India but none appears on behalf of the State authority due to change in circumstances.

3. Considering the above the writ petition is disposed of by requesting the Appellate Tribunal to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner being APS2506G040426220574 as early as possible. The petitioner is given liberty to disclose all the documents through proper channel.

4. As the petitioner has made an application before the concerned authority for issuance of the domicile certificate, the respondent no. 4 is directed to consider the application filed by the petitioner dated 31st March, 2026 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly W.P.A 10497 of 2026 stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
