Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of the witnesses and the local witnesses, specifically taking the name of the petitioner and considering the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioner, I do not consider that this is a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
