Mr. Prasun Kumar Datta, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State submits a report in respect of Suit Police Station Case No. 100 of 2018 dated 13th March, 2018. It reflects in the enclosure to the report that the learned trial court in NDPS Case No. 96 of 2018(which arose out of Suti P. S. Case No. 100 of 2018) acquitted two of the accused persons and directed for confiscation of the seized articles to the State.

In view of the judgement being delivered on 31st March, 2022, which was subsequent to the revisional application being preferred at the instance of the petitioner before this court, I grant liberty to the present petitioner to prefer an appeal in respect of the findings/observations of the learned trial court passed in NDPS

Case No. 96 of 2018.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1378 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are disposed of. Report so submitted by the Inspector-in-Charge, Suit Police Station, Jangipur PD through the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record.
