Petitioners seek Bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioners suppressed the material fact that the earlier attempt to obtain bail was rejected. She draws the attention of the Court to the order dated August 5, 2021 passed in CRM 1935 of 2021.

Considering that the earlier attempt of the petitioners to obtain bail was rejected by the order dated August 5, 2021 and considering the fact that the petitioners suppressed the same in the present application, we dismiss C.R.M. 4304 of 2021 with costs at Rs.10,000/- to be paid by each of the petitioners to the West Bengal State Legal Services Authority, Kolkata within a fortnight from date.
