1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal being APS2506G040426646163 dated 4th April, 2026 against the deletion of the name of the petitioner from the voter list and the said appeal is pending before the Appellate Tribunal. He prays for direction upon the Appellate Tribunal for disposal of the appeal filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

2. In view of the submission made on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner, W.P.A 10500 of

2026 is disposed of by requesting the Appellate Tribunal to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as early as possible.

3. Accordingly W.P.A 10500 of 2026 stands disposed of.
