Mr. Rajdeep Majumder, Mr. Mayukh Mukherjee ....for the petitioners Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee, Mr. Pranab Halder ....for the State Sk. Jayed Hossain ...for the respondent nos. 11 and 12 Affidavit-in-opposition filed by the State as well as the private respondents is taken on record. The State appears to have complied with the orders of the Executive Magistrate.

The petitioners ought to have instituted an appropriate civil proceeding in respect of their rights and the nuisance being created by the private respondents.

With liberty reserved to the petitioners as indicated hereinabove, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

In view of the above, CAN 1 of 2022 shall also stand disposed of.

The Moyna Police Station, Purba Medinipur shall, however ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
