This is a matter relating to the disputes as to interview list as was published by the Commission in the month of June, 2021.

Thereafter, in respect of a matter of similar nature this Court had passed different directions upon the School Service Commission and on July 09, 2021 after publication of an interview list following Rule 12(4) of the relevant Rules that matter was disposed of by giving a general direction to the persons interested.

This matter being a similar matter, I hold that the parties have the liberty to follow the directions given in that writ application in WPA

10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh -versus- State of West Bengal & others).

This writ application has been filed against a non-existent interview list as appears from prayer (c). No supplementary affidavit has been filed in respect of the new interview list by the Commission published on 8.7.2021.

With this direction, this writ application is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this court.
