...........Amicus Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. There was a fight between relatives over a property dispute. Injuries were suffered on both sides. The petitioner too suffered fracture and cut injuries. There were case and counter case. Learned Amicus assisting the State relies on the case diary and strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He refers to the statements of witness, which clearly implicate the present petitioner. The petitioner allegedly inflicted injuries with a sword. From the two injury reports, it appears that there were serious cut injuries inflicted on vital parts of the body like the head and abdomen. Even the private parts of one of the victims were seriously injured. There was also a fracture line seen on the anterior maxillary sinusitis. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
