The present revisional application has been preferred against the judgment dated 29.2.2016 in Criminal Appeal No. 133 of 2014 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

The subject matter of the appeal related to Section 29 of the PWDV Act, 2005. The present petitioners were the appellants before the learned Sessions Court and the reasons assigned by the learned Trial Court/learned Magistrate was pleased to affirmed and confirmed by the Appellate Court.

I have perused the order dated 31.05.2014 which was challenged before the learned Appellate Court and I find that the main issue which was canvassed was noncompliance of the form which was available in the schedule/rules of the PWDV Act, 2005.

Having regard to the reasons so assigned by the learned Magistrate and the learned Appellate Court, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for. Accordingly, CRR 1375 of 2016 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
