The certified copy of the judgment and orders as available in the records of the judgeship, in respect of the Title Suit No.21 of 1956, shall be supplied to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order by the competent authority of the Alipore Judge's Court, without raising any question with regard to the discrepancy in the dates.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
