1. This is the writ petition of the year 2009.

2. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either.

3. Petitioner has prayed for an order of directing the police authorities to carry out the orders passed in M.P. Case No.317 of 2008 of the learned Executive Magistrate, Katwa.

4. It is well-settled that the writ jurisdiction of this Court cannot be invoked to implement the order passed by the learned Executive Magistrate.

5. In view thereof, writ petition stands dismissed.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
