Learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor submits, upon instructions, that in compliance of the direction passed by the Court, the District Controller, (F & S), Purba Medinipur has considered the matter and passed a reasoned order on 28th March, 2023.

Copy of the said order has been handed over to the Court with a further copy to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

The appeal petition filed by the petitioner stood rejected.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the same.

I am afraid that this Court in contempt jurisdiction may not be the appropriate forum to decide the legality of the reasoned order.

In view of the above, the contempt application stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the reasoned order before the proper forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
