Petitioners seek relaxation of the condition of the anticipatory bail granted on October 7, 2021 requiring the petitioners to report to the Investigating Officer once a fortnight until further orders. There is no dispute that the petitioners complied with the conditions of the order granting anticipatory bail on October 7, 2021.

The police filed charge-sheet.

Therefore, the conditions requiring the petitioners to meet the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight until further orders is waived. All other conditions of the order dated October 7, 2021 will remain the same.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
