Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the husband was granted bail by the jurisdictional Court. The petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are students and petitioner no. 3 is the mother-in-law of the deceased. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary, particularly the statements of the neighbour. In answer to a query from Court, learned advocate for the State submits that the police submitted charge sheet. Considering the fact that the police submitted charge sheet and considering the gravity of the offences and the complicity of the petitioners therein and considering the fact that the husband of the deceased was granted bail by the jurisdictional Court, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the Court below and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional Court on every dates fixed for hearing failing which the bail granted shall automatically stand cancelled without reference to this Court.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

CRM 4313 of 2021 is disposed of.
