The challenge in the present writ petition is restricted to interpretation of an order passed by this Court on 05.04.2023 staying a Notice of termination dated 24.02.2023 issued by the Oil Company on the petitioner.

The petitioner has interpreted this order to mean that the petitioner is permitted to resume supplies to the Oil Company while the Oil Company says that the order is restricted to a stay on the termination Notice. The order was passed in an earlier writ petition, i.e., WPA 7674 of 2023 where affidavit-in-opposition has already been filed. Petitioner has not filed any Reply till date. The petitioner seeks seven days time to do so. List WPA 7674 of 2023 on 12th May, 2023 as prayed for.

Since the present writ petition is only for interpretation of the order passed in the earlier writ petition, nothing further remains to be decided. WPA 10076 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of in terms of the above.
