Mr. Arijit Bakshi, Learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioners and submits that the petitioners do not intend to proceed with the writ petition any further as the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed by the respondents.

The erstwhile advocate-on-record of the petitioners is not handing over the 'no objection' vakalatnama to the petitioners despite repeated requests.

Mr. Biswanath Paul, the petitioner no. 2 is personally present in Court along with Mr. Bakshi, learned advocate. The learned advocate identifies the petitioner no. 2. The petitioner no. 2 has himself disclosed before the Court that he is not inclined to proceed with the writ petition any further.

In view of the above, the prayer of the petitioners stand allowed.

The writ petition stands dismissed as 'not pressed'.

6.

The Vakalatnama by Mr. Bakshi, learned advocate be filed in the department in course of the day.

The written instruction by the petitioners be retained with the records.
