Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that in connection with Raiganj Women Police Station Case No. 106/2025 dated 13th August, 2025 report was filed by the police authorities before the jurisdictional Magistrate and subsequent thereto an application was filed by the petitioner under Section 193(9) of BNSS, 2023 praying for further investigation.

State respondents are represented by learned advocates.

Since application under Section 193(9) of BNSS, 2023 is pending for consideration before the jurisdictional Magistrate at this stage no order need be passed on this writ petition.

Writ petition stands disposed of.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to pursue remedy taking note of the fact that application under Section 193(9) of BNSS, 2023 is pending before the jurisdictional Magistrate. 6.
