1. This revisional application has been filed assailing the order dated 22.04.2022 passed in connection with G.R. Case No. 1928 of 2022, wherein Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas passed the following order which is reproduced below:- "The prayer of the I/O with regard to freezing the locker of Debrata Chakraborty in SBI, Rajpur Branch stands allowed till next date for the interest of investigation.

Copy of the Order be sent to Branch Manager, SBI Rajpur Branch who is to co-operate with the I/O. However, the accused is also given liberty to file written objection if any against the same on or before next date and if any exigencies exist, he is given liberty to approach this Court after prior notice to the Investigating Agency."

2. From the portion of the order impugned in this revisional application, I find that a prayer of I/O was allowed

regarding freezing of the locker of Debrata Chakraborty till the next date (22.06.2022). And in the meantime petitioner/accused was given liberty to file written objection, if any, against the same.

3. Heard both sides.

4. It is informed that chargesheet has already been submitted. Therefore, I find hardly any scope to interfere with the issue which is pending before the Learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas.

5. Petitioner/accused is at liberty to appear before the Learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas and to file written objection within 15 days from the date of communication of this order against the freezing of locker.

6. Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas is requested to dispose of the application within one month from the date of receipt of communication of the order.

7. Parties at liberty to communicate this order to the Learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas.

8. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
