With CAN 1 of 2025 In F.M.A. 1262 of 2024 Dr. Dipankar Chakraborti ....for the review applicant (in person) The review applicant appearing in person submits that the judgment and order under review did not consider the facts which were raised in the writ petition and the appeal.

By the judgment and order under review dated February 13, 2024 the review applicant was permitted to file a complaint before the commission raising only the issue which fall within the jurisdiction of the commission and if such a complaint was filed the commission was directed to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order, after making necessary enquiries and upon giving opportunity of hearing to the appellant, the Clinical Establishment or their authorised representatives and any other persons, whose presence will be necessary for

an effective adjudication of such issues that may be raised by the appellant.

The review applicant sought to reargue the matter on merits. It is well-settled that a review is not an appeal in disguise.

This Court does not find any error apparent on the face of the record.

With the above observations R.V.W. 126 of 2025 stands disposed of.
