With CAN 1 of 2025 (Not in file) Ms. Ananya Adhikary ....for the applicant Mr. Sukumar Bhattacharyya Ms. Oindrila Chatterjee ....for the respondent/contemnor It has been pointed out that the number of the writ petition as well as contempt application have been wrongly mentioned in the order dated February 26, 2026. The number of the writ petition was wrongly recorded as "WPA 15372 of 2024" instead of "WPA 15139 of 2003". The number of the contempt rule was wrongly recorded as "CPAN 140 of 2009" instead of "WPCRC 140 of 2009".

Let such errors be rectified. This order shall form part of the order dated February 26, 2026.

It has been submitted by Mr. Bhattacharyya, learned advocate for the respondent that CAN 1 of 2025 has already been disposed of.

The learned Registrar I.T. is requested to see that this application should not be shown to be pending in the docket of this Court anyway.
