Petitioner claims that on his patta land the private respondents are raising construction.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that there is temporary structure which has been constructed. Both the parties have claimed to be patta holders. Be that as it may, so far as the issue relating to the temporary structure is concerned, it would be for the Civil Court to deal with the same. So far as the police authorities are concerned, police authorities would keep surveillance and ensure no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place and/or no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 10044 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
