1. Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to approve the proposed timetable submitted on 27th February, 2026 in connection with P.St.P. No. WB2024-SC-0372A in the route between Habra and Keyageria the vehicle No. WB31A-1866 as per decision dated 16th September, 2025.

2. Learned counsel submits that representation dated 27th February, 2026 has not been considered so far. Learned counsel submits that in writ petition No. 3844 of 2026 a similar direction was issued to the respondents for consideration of the representation.

3. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if his representation dated 27th February, 2026 is considered along with the representation in WPA 3844 of 2026 by the

Regional Transport Officer, State Transport Authority, West Bengal.

4. In view of the submission the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Secretary, State Transport Authority, West Bengal to consider the representation dated 27th February, 2026 expeditiously preferably on 3rd June, 2026 in accordance with law.
