Mr. Partha Sarathi Ghosh....for the Petitioner Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra Mr. Supriya Dubey ....for the SSC The petitioner has raised certain grievances against the School Service Commission as to the Primary School Teachers Recruitment. In this regard, this court has passed an order in WPA 10789 of 2021 (Abhijit Ghosh Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors. ) on 9th July, 2021 granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Commission by filing representation ventilating their grievances and certain directions were also given to the School Service Commission.

Whether the present petitioner will use the liberty or not, is his discretion. However, this matter is being a similar matter sofaras the Upper Primary Teachers Recruitment is concerned. The petitioner may follow the direction given in the abovementioned matter. With this direction, this writ application is disposed of. No costs.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order as usual undertakings.
