1. At the time of hearing, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner has filed a letter dated 15.06.2026 claimed to have been written by the writ petitioner addressed to his learned advocate requesting him to take appropriate steps for withdrawal of the instant writ petition.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the writ petitioner that in view of such communication, appropriate order may be passed for withdrawal of the instant writ petition with a liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.

3. Perused the letter dated 15.06.2026. Heard learned advocate for the writ petitioner.

4. Prayer is considered and allowed.

5. W.P.A.(P) 222 of 2026 stands hereby withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action, if so advised.

6. The letter dated 15.06.2026, as filed today on behalf of the writ petitioner be taken on record.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
