This is an application regarding police inaction in respect of a case, inter alia, under Section 376D of the Penal Code in which the petitioner is the victim. But, no steps have been taken to hide the identity of the petitioner/victim from the portions of the writ petition.

Accordingly, I dismiss the writ petition with liberty to file afresh on the self-same grounds.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
