Petitioner is not represented.

It appears that the instant application for contempt is filed in respect of an order passed by this Court in connection with CO/3723/2012.

It appears that the revisional application was disposed of by the Court on 19.12.2012 with the following observation:- "The petitioner should ensure that upon the opposite party nos. 1 to 6 vacating the ground floor of the decretal premises, their access to the remainder of the decretal premises is not impeded in any manner."

The present application for contempt is filed by the petitioner that the order passed by this Court was deliberately violated by the contemnor.

Anyway, it appears that the present application for contempt is pending since the year 2013 and there is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the present application.

Accordingly, the application being CPAN/537/2013 in connection with the order passed in CO/3723/2012 is dismissed for default.

Consequently, the application pending in connection with this revisional application being CAN/2509/2013 is also dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
