This matter has been placed in the list at the instance of the petitioners since typographical error had crept in the order dated 23rd May, 2025.

Mr. Ghosh, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners has rightly pointed out that in the 4th line of the paragraph '2' of the order dated 23.05.2025, the date has been erroneously recorded as '4th August, 2015' in place and stead of '24th August, 2015'.
