Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, since the petitioner is languishing in custody in excess of 450 days and since there exist an order of expeditious disposal, the Court in sesin of the proceedings be directed to dispose of the trial as expeditiously as possible.

State is represented.

Considering the fact that commercial quantity was recovered from the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. There subsist an order of expeditious disposal and considering the ongoing pandemic situation, we are not inclined to give further direction on the learned Court in seisin for expeditious hearing of the proceedings.
