Heard learned counsel for both sides.

The petitioner seeks bail on the ground of long detention. This is a case under Sections 376/302/201 of the Indian Penal Code. Investigation of the case has culminated in a charge-sheet. Upon consideration of the materials in the case diary and the submissions made by learned counsel for both sides, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in view of the materials collected against him as well as the gravity of the offences. Accordingly, CRM 4320 of 2021 is rejected.
