Records of the present revisional application reflects that another revisional application being Criminal Revision No. 66 of 2022 is still pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Howrah. Once a revisional application is pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Howrah, there is no scope for consideration afresh in the present revisional application. The petitioner is granted liberty to canvass the points advanced in the present revisional application in Criminal Revision No. 66 of 2022 wherein the learned Sessions Judge would consider the issues without being influenced by any observations made by this Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1528 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
