Petitioner is aggrieved as the information dated 29.04.2025 furnished with the Commissioner of Police, Chandernagore Police Commissionerate as well as Inspector-in-Charge, Chandernagore Police Station was not acted upon.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. According to the State, since the petitioner did not approach and cooperate with the police station, as such subsequent steps could not be taken by the police authorities.

Mr. Mitra, Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would approach the police station within seven days from date.

In case the petitioner approaches the police authorities with the same complaint dated 29.04.2025, police authorities would assess regarding the accusations

and thereafter proceed in accordance with law as they deem fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 10039 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
