Under such circumstances, condition of bail imposed upon the petitioner i.e. to remain within the jurisdiction of Dhubrajpur P.S except for the purpose of attending court proceedings and to report to the said P.S once in month is modified and he is directed to remain within the jurisdiction of Budge Budge P.S except for the purpose of attending court proceedings and to report to the Officer in Charge, Budge Budge P.S once in a month until further orders. Other conditions of bail shall continue.

Accordingly, the application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
