In the order dated 7th May, 2024, due to typing mistake in the 2nd line and 7th line of 1st paragraph at page 1, M.R. Case No.13(IV) of 2014 was written as Misc. Execution Case No.18(IV) of 2015. 3.

Accordingly, Misc. Execution Case No.18(IV) of 2015 be deleted and "M.R. Case No.13(IV) of 2014" be inscribed in the 2nd line and 7th line of 1st paragraph at page 1 of the order dated 7th May, 2024. 4.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections accordingly.

The other remaining portions of the order dated 7th May, 2024 will remain unchanged.
