2. Petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Criminal Revision No.13 of 2024 pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Howrah.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, it would be appropriate to request the learned Judge in seisin of the revisional application to decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the next date fixed for hearing of the revisional application. In doing so, learned Judge is requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.

4. CRR/1961/2025 is disposed of.
